Frequently asked
Temple Coverage
Up to 2 hours of coverage at the Temple starting when you exit the temple for the first time as Husband & wife.
Reception Coverage
Up to 3 hours of coverage capturing the major events of the reception which includes Grand Entrance, First Dance, Father/Daughter & Mother/Son Dances, Cake Cutting, Bouquet & Garter Toss, & Toasts. If you have another special event to include such as a special musical number, etc, please let us know ahead of time so we can be sure to capture it for you.
LOVE STory Video
We interview you on camera as well as take additional footage to produce a “Love Story” as part of your video. More information can be found here.
Custom Packages
Every wedding is unique. If you don’t see a package that works for your situation, contact us and we can design a custom package to fit your needs.
VIDEO Delivery & BACKUP
Our videos are delivered digitally as an online download that don’t degrade over time, and are easy to copy and share. As an alternative, we also offer Custom Keepsake Thumb Drives.
After you receive your video, we recommend that you immediately copy your video to another location. That way, your video is kept in 2 different places for backup purposes.
We keep your footage for at least 3 months after we deliver it to you. As an added precaution, we can save your final videos for 10 years for an additional $25. This way, if there is a problem (fire, theft, computer crash, etc.) you won’t loose your wedding footage.
Some people would rather give copies of their wedding video to their family/friends on disc. We can compress your video down to fit on a disc and author a disc for you for $50. Each additional disc is $10.
PAYMENTS
+ The 1st payment is due upon signing the Contract.
+ The 2nd payment is due 1-week before the wedding.
+ The final payment is due when the final product is finished and ready to be delivered.
Note: The price of any Add-ons agreed upon after the initial contract is signed, will be added to the final payment along with any parking or shipping costs.

Wedding Video Add-Ons
+ Temple Entrance coverage – We can capture your entrance into the temple before your sealing. Temples usually ask you to be at the temple an hour or so before the sealing time. – $45
+ Bridal shoot coverage – Capturing your bridal shoot on camera to include in your final wedding video. – $150 (Free if we schedule your “Love Story” interview at the same time)
+ Ring Ceremony coverage – We can professionally capture your simple ring ceremony. – $150
+ Extended coverage – We normally stay (up to 3 hours) until all the major events of the reception are captured (entrance, toasts, first dance, cake cutting, bouquet/garter toss) and then leave so the party and dancing can continue. If you would like us to stay until the end of the evening, we can, just let us know. – $75/hr
+ Memories Slideshow – Your childhood photos put to music. – $100 for 50 photos, extra photos – $1
+ Same Day Edit – Show your Love Story Video along with coverage from the Temple during your reception. 2 hours of editing time and private space to edit in at the reception location needed before showing. – $450
+ Additional Team Member and Camera – Additional cameras mean more angles and more friends and family members caught on tape. An additional camera and team member is $250.
+ Additional coverage – You may want to include additional footage of the bride getting ready the morning of the wedding or footage from a separate location. – $75/hr
