- The first payment (deposit) needs to be submitted with your contract. Visit the payments page for more information on payments.
- The contracted party can be the Bride & Groom themselves or sometimes it is one of the parents of the Bride & Groom.
- The temple contact is somebody who will have their cell phone on them and will answer it on the day of the wedding. This will be my contact person if I have questions while the bride and groom are in the temple.
- If you choose a standard package, check the appropriate box. If we have discussed a custom package, check that box. The custom package offered to you in writing (via email) will be considered part of the final agreement.
- If you would like to add-on additional features that are not included in your package, check the appropriate box. If you are interested in other options that you don’t see listed, please let me know and I will quote you a price. For example: Aerial Footage, Music Videos, Engagement recording.

- Backup your video: After you receive your video, we recommend that you immediately transfer your video to another location (A parents computer). That way, your video is kept in 2 different places for backup purposes. We keep your footage for at least 3 months after we deliver it to you. As an added precaution, we can save your final videos for 10 years for the price of $25. This way, if there is a problem (fire, theft, computer crash, etc.) you won’t loose your wedding footage.
